Maureen Burger

Club Director

Maureen has coached at the high school, middle school and youth levels since 1992. Founder and Director of Limerick Lacrosse, a PAGLA program for girls in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Former PAGLA board member. Currently Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Pope John Paul II High School. All American and in the Ursinus College Hall of Fame for Athletes. She has completed her US Lacrosse Level I, II and III Coaching Certifications.

 

Nikki Stevenson

2019 Co-Coach and High School Coordinator

Four-Year letter winner and captain at Millersville University where Nikki received a Masters of Education in Sports Management. Nikki was an Assistant Coach at Millersville for four years. Followed by five years as head coach at Widener University, six years as Varsity Head Coach at Perkiomen Valley High School and two years as Head Coach at Gwynedd Mercy College. A licensed official and long-time youth coach with Perk Valley Girls Lacrosse. Nikki has been with Dynamite since 2011.

 

Lisa Clark

2021 Black Coach

Lisa is the 2017 Mercury High School Lacrosse Coach of the Year. Before becoming Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Perkiomen Valley High School, Lisa was an assistant coach at PV and spent three years as an assistant coach at Widener University while studying for her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Lisa, a 2009 Ursinus College graduate, was a 4-year starter and Sr. Captain for both soccer and lacrosse. She majored in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Coaching. Lisa received All-Centennial Conference honors for Athletics and Academics during each of her 4 years at Ursinus. At Penncrest High School Lisa earned All-Central League and All-Delaware County honors playing soccer, basketball and lacrosse.

 

Aamina Thornton

2020 Coach

“Senorita” is the Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Phoenixville High School and was selected by the Mercury as 2014 Coach of the Year. Previously Assistant Coach at Temple University for 2 years and coached Ursinus College to an NCAA Championship followed by NCAA runner-up. Aamina was a High School All American and two time All American while playing for Temple University. Member of the 1988 NCAA Championship team and inducted into Temple’s Hall of Fame for Athletes. Senorita has been with Dynamite since 2009.

 

Kelli Romano

2021 White Coach

Kelli was named to the Delaware County Hall of Fame for Athletes for both lacrosse and soccer. She is also in the Cabrini College Hall of Fame for both lacrosse and soccer. Head JV Lacrosse Coach at Germantown Academy. High School Clinician at American Lacrosse Camp in Florida since 2008. Has coached Brine National Classic for years including a recent championship team. While at Cabrini, Kelli led her team to four lacrosse titles and one soccer title. She earned All-Conference accolades every year including 2004 Player of the Year. Kelli still holds the school record for total points and assists. Four-year standout in both lacrosse and soccer at Sun Valley High School. Named All-State in Soccer and All-American in Lacrosse. Licensed official for both soccer and lacrosse. Has coached club lacrosse for years and joined the Dynamite staff in 2017.

 

Amara Thornton-Brown

2020 Coach

Amara was USA Today’s Pennsylvania Athlete of the Year while at Phoenixville High School. She was an All American and went on to play at Temple University. Amara was head coach at Marywood College and Perkiomen Valley High School. She is a long-standing coach at the highly regarded All American Lacrosse Camp in Florida. Amara has been with Dynamite since 2009.

 

Susan Flack

2025-26 Black Co-Coach

Susan was an integral part of the Penn State University lacrosse team that was consistently ranked in the top six and competed each year in the NCAA tournament. She was also a member of the Penn State Field Hockey team for two years. Long-time Varsity Head Lacrosse Coach at Upper Perkiomen High School with a brief stint coaching middle school. Founder and Director of Upper Perk Youth Lacrosse Program. First team all-league in both Field Hockey and Lacrosse while at Pennridge High School where she was selected Female Athlete of the Year.

 

Ali Allen

2019 Coach

Four-Year letter winner and captain at Phoenixville High School in both soccer and lacrosse. Ali was named MVP of the lacrosse team, First Team All-League and Academic All American. She received a lacrosse scholarship and played at Division I Drexel University. Ali has been coaching with Dynamite since 2009.

 

Shelby Iezzi

2022 Black Coach & Goalkeeper Coach

Shelby was 1st Team All-PSAC East as a freshman at Bloomsburg University and her team won the PSAC Championship. All-League Goalkeeper for three years while at Owen J. Roberts High School. Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Pope John Paul II High School where she is responsible for all strength and conditioning training. Shelby has been with Dynamite coaching goalies and teams since 2013.

 

Patrice Coleman

2023 Black Coach

Patrice is Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Bloomsburg University. She was a 4-year starter for Bloomsburg helping the team win the PSAC Championship. While at Penncrest High School Patrice earned Varsity letters for four years in soccer, basketball and lacrosse. Patrice has been coaching club lacrosse for 5 years and has been with Dynamite since 2015.

 

Allie Campbell

2023 Black Coach

Allie is a graduate of Bloomsburg University and Owen J. Roberts High School. She was a four-year letter winner at both programs playing low defense and midfield. She was an integral part of the Bloomsburg team that won the PSAC league title in 2012. Before joining Dynamite in 2012, Allie coached at BZ Elite in Reading, at numerous camps and clinics and taught private lessons.

 

Alyssa Thren

Coach

Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Upper Perkiomen High School and Assistant Field Hockey Coach at Ursinus College. While playing at Ursinus Alyssa received accolades for both lacrosse and field hockey, breaking scoring records in both sports. All Conference, All Region and All Academic in both lacrosse and field hockey. She became only the second player in NCAA history for any division to score 100 goals in both lacrosse and field hockey. Alyssa was named 2012 Ursinus College Female Outstanding Athlete. Alyssa has been with Dynamite since 2011.

 

Alexa Maloney

2025-26 Black Co-Coach

Four-Year starter at Allegheny College and named to the IWLCA All-Academic Team. While at Methacton High School, Alexa was senior captain and selected as both Attack MVP and Coach’s Award. She has officiated and coached for Methacton Youth Lacrosse and Dynamite camps. She played for Dynamite and has been coaching with Dynamite since 2015.  Alexa was chosen for the NCAC Branch Rickey Mentoring Program for her passion and interest in coaching lacrosse. The program pairs NCAC athletic administrators and coaches with female and minority students who aspire to have a career in coaching college athletics.

 

Kristen McGrath

Coach

Member of one the first Dynamite teams. Kristen went on to play defense for four years at Slippery Rock University where she earned her degree in Exercise Science. She is a Strength and Conditioning Coach at MaxOut working with individuals and many local high school teams. Kristen joined the Dynamite coaching staff in 2017.

 

Sam Mazzie

Coach

Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Pottstown High School. Sam was All-Conference all four years at Bloomsburg University and named PSAC Eastern Division Freshman of the Year. At Boyertown High School Same was a four-year starter and member of four PAC-10 Championship teams. Mercury Player of the Year and US Lacrosse All American Honorable Mention. Sam has been coaching club for years and has been with Dynamite since 2014.
